Révolutionnaire
is an inter-disciplinary defence bulletin
that is distributed electronically and
published by the Revolution in Military
Affairs research programme at the S Rajaratnam School of International Studies in collaboration
with the Future systems Directorate,
MINDEF. Révolutionaire obtains
its materials from diverse sources and
highlights a wide range of issues from
biotechnology, contemporary conflict,
couunter-terrorism, defence economics,
defence psychology, defence organisation,
defence technology, military intelligence,
military operations, and regional military
developments. Révolutionnaire
attempts to bridge the cultural and language
divide by looking at issues from different
cultural lenses. The readers of
Révolutionnaire include policy
makers, academics, and defence aficionados
interested in keeping up with defence
issues.
