Full-Time and Part-Time Research Student must take a number of MSc coursework courses to be selected from the Master of Science (Strategic Studies), Master of Science (International Relations), Master of Science (International Political Economy) and Master of Science (Asian Studies) programmes as well as two PhD core courses - P9001 The Advanced Study of International Politics: Concepts, Methods and Research Design and P9002 Quantitative Methods in the Study of International Politics. Research Students must also attend several seminars and pass the course S6007 Analyzing International Politics: Concepts and Methods.
